Two or three times a year, the ODHA Board produces and distributes a newsletter for association members. Although the exact schedule and content vary, the following is typical:

• December/January: Announcement of--and materials for--the annual meeting, typically held in February
• April: Publication of budget, notice of yearly assessment, reminders about painting and construction
  
• Late Summer (not published all years): Recap summer projects and/or major changes in policy or structure
  

Newsletters via Email : Most editions of the ODHA Newsletter can now be sent via email, saving considerable time and postage cost.
